“I had a great experience at this hotel. The reception staff and housekeeping was very friendly and did everything to keep my stay comfortable and welcoming. I stayed here over a week and the rooms were spotless each day. I didn’t experience any issues throughout my stay and check in was easy. The room with the queen bed was not that big, but plenty of space for 1 single person or a couple. The bonus part is in a prime location and this hotel is a short walk from the Saint Lazare station, so other parts of the city are easily accessible from here. The neighborhood is also pretty quiet and not hectic. I would recommend staying here and I would definitely consider staying here again”

“We stayed at the end of September into the beginning of October. The room itself was clean & modern. Small for what Americans are used to, but we still had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and professional. We came very early in the morning thinking we would drop off our bags at the front desk before sightseeing, but the staff surprised us that our room was ready & we could bring our bags to our room. This was really nice as we took a moment to freshen up after our flight before a tour. The spa is open to all hotel guests with a pool, sauna and steam room. We also booked a welcome massage offered by the hotel for our first night. The masseuse was professional and did a wonderful job. The only issue we ran into was that the steam room would frequently not be working, but the staff was more than accommodating. They would come down and reset it for us which seemed to fix the issue. We spent every night in the spa before dinner, so we felt bad that we had to bother the staff every night. The hotel is very quiet. We would have tea at the end of the night, and one of the staff members had brought us some macaroons to have with our tea. The location of the hotel is with walking distance to many attractions such as the Palace Garnier & Moulin Rouge, close to the train station and subways, and there’s lots of restaurants and bakeries surrounding the hotel. Overall, our experience was amazing here & we’d definitely stay again. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was because of the steam room issue.”

“Room was nicely decorated but a bit small, which is expected of Europe. Booked the one with a terrace, however, it is facing courtyard so there is no view! Smoking is allowed at the terrace n ash tray was provided so it was a big bonus for smokers. Staff were amazing, especially at the front reception, Coco. Breakfast was a let-down. Very limited and not worth what I paid for. Better off eating breakfast outside! Only 1 type of sausage provided with the eggs but it was pork n we don’t take pork due to our religion. Only scrambled eggs provided. No other choices of eggs such as poached or omelette. No potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. However, Coco did his best to prepare something extra for us when we raised the issue. Kuddos to him! Not only that, Coco was kind enough to assist me with restaurant reservations, bookings of uber etc. He was always happy to assist. Coco is truly an asset to the hotel. Would love to see a bigger spread such as pancakes or waffles, more meat, potatoes n vegetables to accompany the eggs. Good location though. If they can improve on their breakfast spread, this will be a great hotel as the breakfast actually tasted really good. But for an additional €20 per night per person of just eating croissants and scrambled eggs, it is totally not worth the money. Hope to see some improvement with the spread as I have stayed in many other Europe hotels and they have far better selection than this.”
